Transfreight, a 600,000 sq. ft. industrial cross-dock distribution center involved
the development of 60-acres at TMMK.  As program manager for this large project,
Tom Cheek took the project and ran with it -- handling all design, regulatory approvals
and construction, allowing us to fast track our manufacturing process.
