We prefer “Lump Sum” contracts. because with conceptual design and cost modeling we can guarantee the cost early.  With control of both design and construction – we can control the price. If the unforeseen occurs or even if the owner changes the scope – we will proactively make necessary changes to protect the budget.

The complexities and pressures of project delivery can encourage conflict and change orders. With traditional construction, the focus is on delivering only what is specified/procured, aggressively seeking out conflicts and ruthlessly documenting any change for an “extra” (a commonly used term meaning that the customer picks up the additional cost).  This is not the case with SingleSource DesignBuild.
